Wrap the bracelet in one or two turns around the wrist, leave space for one finger between your bracelet and your skin. Center and stretch the bracelet, then close the container-dispenser allowing the blade integrated in the closure to cut the bracelet. Make a tight knot at both ends of the bracelet. Insert one of the knotted ends in the hollow part in the center of the clip, then pull sideways to lock it. Wrap the bracelet around your wrist then repeat the previous operation with the other end. The container-dispenser can dispense about 30 bracelets.
