diptyque L'Ombre dans l'Eau EDP is an floral eau de parfum unisex. In her garden Mrs Merwin, a friend of the creators of diptyque, cut the cassis and rose bushes to add the petals of the latter to her pot pourri. The combination of cassis leaves and rose petals was the inspiration for one of diptyque's most famous fragrances. This fragrance was developed in 1983 and the shadows of its name are balanced by the freshness of a lush garden.
