OUAI Dry Shampoo Foam is a mousse for normal, thin and delicate hair. OUAI Dry Shampoo Foam works without water to thoroughly cleanse and refresh hair while adding instant volume and just-showered shine. Unlike typical dry shampoos, our foam never leaves a white cast or a powdery residue, just bouncy hair that looks like you just washed it. How to use: Dispense a ping-pong size ball of foam into palms and emulsify. Apply the foam to dry hair in sections, starting along the part. Thoroughly massage into scalp and hair until completely dry (up to 60 seconds). Not recommended for use on very oily hair.
