Shipments

50ml is based in Milan, Italy and we ship all over the world with different shipping services.

Here you can find the basic information regarding the different shipping services that we offer. To know the exact shipping charge please add your products to the cart and fill the shipping information.

Shipping charges depend on the destination, the cart amount, the weight of the parcel and the shipping service selected.

Your orders will be picked up by the warehouse within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation of purchase.

Shipping times should be calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the courier (the customer will be informed of the status of the shipment by email). Please note that all orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

European Union

EU countries are served by DHL and DPD with their road service. Average shipping time is 2-5 working days, from the moment the order is taken over by the warehouse (48 working hours after order confirmation). For the majority of EU countries free delivery is available for orders above 100,00€. Shipments to islands or remote locations might take longer.

Please note: for DPD courier shipments only, registered 50ml users will be able to see in their customer area (see "My Account") a temporary 18-digit code NOT active for tracking (generated when processing the shipping label).

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a shipment notification by email and an active tracking number containing all the information about the delivery. The customer will then have the opportunity to give the courier an indication of their delivery preference.

 

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are served by DHL with their road service. Average shipping time is 2-5 working days. Free delivery is available for orders above 100,00€. Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), which means that your parcel might be blocked for a customs inspection.

 

Non-European destinations

For shipments to non-European destinations, we use air services.

It is important to distinguish between two types of products shipped by air: goods classified as dangerous according to international regulations, for which specific packaging and documentation are required, and those classified as non-dangerous.

All perfumes, diffusers and products containing alcohol with a capacity greater than 30 ml, and all aerosol bottles are classified as dangerous goods according to IATA regulations.

Skin, body and hair care products, make-up, candles and perfumes with a capacity of 30ml or less are considered non-dangerous goods.

Below are the services we offer for non-European destinations.

FedEx International Express

This is an expedited shipping service available only for products that are not considered dangerous goods according to IATA regulations (skin care, body care, hair care, make-up, candles and perfumes with a capacity of 30 ml or less).

It is available for all non-European destinations and shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

 

DHL Dangerous goods Express 

This is an expedited shipping service for dangerous goods (perfumes, diffusers and products containing alcohol with a capacity greater than 30 ml). 

The service is currently active only for shipments to the United States and shipping takes 3-5 business days.

 

Post International Standard

This service is available for all product types and destinations and shipping takes 10-30 business days depending on the destination.

The shipment is tracked if the package is shipped to one of the following countries: China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan, Iceland, United States and Turkey.

Tracking service is not available for all other destinations.
