It all started in 2010 when the firsts Sun Bum products were created to protect the families and friends of the brand's founders from harmful sun rays. Today Sun Bum is much bigger, but its philosophy has not changed: the aim is to do good, always. The Sun Bum company is a place of its own, where the motto is to take care of oneself and others; every Sun Bum product was born out of their personal experiences, and even nowadays, during the company's ping-pong or surf breaks, they experience the sun first-hand. Their offices are in Florida and California, close to the sea. Of their work they say: "We create products the way we like them, and we hope you will like them too".
Sun Bum is committed to supporting nonprofits and to creating products that are Vegan, Cruelty-Free (not tested on animals) and free of substances that are harmful to us and nature. Their formulas are free of Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Retinyl Palmitate, Parabens, Phthalates, and Formaldehyde; and adhere to Hawaiian safety protocols for preserving coral reefs.
